Centerfolds explores the visual language of mid-century men’s cheesecake magazines through the lens of kitsch, nostalgia, and erotic spectacle. Drawing from the aesthetics of 1950s centerfold posters, I am interested in how glamour, fantasy, and mass-produced desire were packaged as disposable entertainment while simultaneously shaping ideals of femininity and sexuality.
